Katie Pyle and her husband, Dave, were both raised on family dairy farms. Katie and Dave decided to start their own dairy farm in 2009 and moved to Virginia where they bought their first 90 cows. After renting two farms in the past five years, the couple purchased a dairy farm in Union Bridge, Maryland where they own a herd of 400 cows. Katie is involved in their milk cooperative’s leadership.
